Semalam bermula kerjayaku sebagai bidan terjun pembuat kuih tradisional. Saya x la yakin sangat nk buat kuih untuk dijual tapi setakat nk makan sndri tu bole la telan kn.
Semuanya bermula apabila kakak suami saya mula meniaga dekat kawasan rumah kami minggu lepas. Meniaga nasi lemak kukus untuk sarapan. Ramai pelanggan menanyakan kuih yang mana kakak xde la sempat buat kuih banyak kn 2 jenis je ade. So disebabkan sy dok rumah je so sy pelawa la nk tambah lauk untuk die jual. Dipelawa pulak saya buat kuih untuk die jualkn.
Apelagi gigih la semalam mencari resepi, tanya mak tanya adik beradik kuih ape nak buat kn yang senang-senang je la sebagai amatur ni. Niat memang nk sangat buat kuih lapis dgn lagi 1 jenis optional. Petang g shopping barang kuih & malam mulakan operasi.
Dapat la 2 jenis kuih untuk daku mulakan langkah....Alhamdulillah menjadi tapi masih belum puas hati & boleh diperbaiki. Maklumlah saya ni kn pembuat kuih amatur je. Kalau jadi jual, kalau x jadi simpan.
